I'm running 10.5.4 with Adium X 1.3...I'm relatively new to macs.
I can't seem to find any folder that Adium's files are stored in. I've been trying to find where the chat logs are located so I could possibly transfer pidgin logs to them.
I've searched the forum and it seems that Adium should appear in the Library/Application Support folder, but it's not there. Spotlight doesn't give me anything but the Adium.app.
Very confused, can anyone help out?
Can't find any Adium folders in OS X
Re: Can't find any Adium folders in OS X
It should reside in "~/Library/Application Support", thats in your home directory and not in "/Library/Application Support" (what would be on top level on your harddrive)
Spotlight does never search inside the Library Folders, but in the Terminal you can use the command "mdfind Adium" to find all adium related stuff (it also uses Spotlight but without the restrictions of using it in Finder)

-_- thanks for that.
Any idea on how to convert pidgin's .txt and .html files into Adium's .chatlog files?

The best we have for importing Pidgin logs is found at http://trac.adiumx.com/export/25128/tru ... m2adium.pl (this is a link which will download the perl file; view its contents for what to do)Raptor2k wrote:-_- thanks for that.
