Hi all,
after upgrading to Mac OS X 10.5.5 I noticed that I no longer get any Growl notifications. At first I thought it could be related to the new shadow clipboard enhancer app but after removing the app and every related user/system setting Growl still wouldn't display any notification.
I even restarted my Mac after logging out and back in didn't solve the problem.
According to the "About" tab in Systempreferences I have Growl 1.1.4.
My Mac is a MacMini CoreDuo 1.83Ghz, Mac OS X 10.5.5 with all the latest updates as of today (CET) morning.
Could someone please verify this or tell me how to continue my solving approaches.
Please also let me know if you need any more informations.
Thanks.
Growl 1.1.4. not working with Mac OS X 10.5.5

Strange, works for me. (And most others, I would guess from the lack of complaints here…)

with the growl 1.1.4 and mac X 10.5.5 i cant go to the growl web page or donate page without getting a authorization warning, plus when i check for updates, system preferences crashes
Re: Growl 1.1.4. not working with Mac OS X 10.5.5
I created 2 new gmail "apps" with Fluid (one for each of my email addresses). I dl growl 1.1.4 hoping to get notifications when new emails arrive (I don't care for the gmail new mail notifications) . As far as I can tell, everything is "enabled" and my selections are correct. Both apps do show up in the application list.
Notifications aren't working. Is there something else I need to dl to make this work ?
Also on 10.5.5
Thank you..

Growl cannot cause this.chiefsfan46 wrote:with the growl 1.1.4 and mac X 10.5.5 i cant go to the growl web page or donate page without getting a authorization warning, plus when i check for updates, system preferences crashes
