GrowlMail pref pane not activated for 2nd account on MBP

I've just setup a second user account on the same MacBook Pro. My first account was an admin account; this new one, just a standard one. I can't get the GrowlMail preference pane to appear in Mail preferences in the 2nd account. I've even copied the Bundles folder from ~/Library/Mail/ from the 1st account to the 2nd, but no dice.

What gives? Many thanks, people.

Never mind, I got it: I just needed to reinstall from the second account. D'oh...
