Probs to connect to MSN

but, i don't know why, my second MSN works propper.
in the preferences/account i can read send cookie (88%) but nothing else happens.
And after some long time a errormessage , look att., appears.
Can anybody help me?

MacOs 10.5.5
Dual 1Ghz PPC
2GB RAM
