Hi,
Okay, I am new to growl and maybe I'm an idiot, but I just want to set it up so that all notifications always stay on the screen until I click them. Whether I am at the computer or away, doesn't matter, I just want everything to stay on the screen until I'm ready to look at it, and only go away once I click it.
I have the checkmark on "Sticky Notifications" under the growl menubar icon, but they still don't stay.
I've been using the Application Update dashboard widget to test. No matter what I set, it will pop up a notification of app updates, then disappear after a few seconds.
Please, how do I make it stay??!?
Thanks,
Chris

Re: Make Everything Sticky!
Try setting the application itself to be sticky, or go change the idle setting to something like 1 second.

Unfortunately, I don't see the dashboard widget in the list of applications. How do I get it to appear?The_Tick wrote:Try setting the application itself to be sticky, or go change the idle setting to something like 1 second.
I had tried a ide setting of 0 and it didn't work, maybe 1 second will work better.
Thanks,
Chris

Ah, nevermind, I do see it, it had the icon from Software Update which confused me. And the 1 second thing works great too!cmason wrote:Unfortunately, I don't see the dashboard widget in the list of applications.
