Ssion expired.Please relogin error

Just started getting an error message when attempting to log in to one of my Yahoo accounts. Under the account it says the connection was reset by peer and a splash screen appears saying "ssion expired. Please relogin in again.

I deleted the account setting a created a new one but it still keeps happening. Any ideas anyone?

I'm having the exact same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Downloaded Yahoo IM, and that is working just fine. Deleted and reset preferences already, have the latest version as well. Not sure what's up.

This just started to happen out of nowhere for the both of you?

A debug log (instructions: http://trac.adiumx.com/wiki/CurrentAdiumDebug) could shed some light on the problem.

I'm also having the same problem with 1 of my screen names, but only one. Happening at work and at home, just with the one screen name. To others it appears I'm signing in and out constantly. Until I just set that one to offline, and then it stops it seems.

Yes this has only started happening yesterday evening March 29 in this part of the world (+7)

I did a total removal using CleanApp and downloaded the latest version and still the same problem.

Yahoo Messenger works fine on both Yahoo accounts.

The strange thing is that even after the fresh install it was the same Yahoo account that I couldn't log into with the previous install that was a Fail with the new install - to me that doesn't sound good. Neither does seeing so many others post the same thing occurring at the same time, ie, PM March 29 in the Northern Hemisphere.

Apparently the issue was with Yahoo, not Adium.

Sorry for responding late. Yes it resolved itself, Very strange thing though. I suspect it was a Yahoo! problem but wonder why it only occurred on one Yahoo! account despite trashing PRAM, deleting and recreating accounts, etc?
