Keep my status as Away when I return to my computer

In iChat there's a preference that says "When I return to my computer, if I've set my status as Away..."

And then it gives you options as to how to proceed: Keep the status as Away, Ask what to do, etc. I've searched the forums (though maybe not very successfully) and looked through the Help menu, but can't seem to find this feature in Adium. By default, it seems that people can automatically tell when I am back at my computer, even though my status still says Away - at least with an AOL account.

Any help would be appreciated. If the answer to this is in the Hel pmenu and I overlooked it, then just pointing me to it would be rad-tastic! Thanks so much in advanced!

You can easily set your status from:

Adium icon in the dock: Right click > Status > Away
or
Status pull-down menu.
