is it possible to show links in the nick like this: current music
so people using msn messenger can see it in the same way?

From what I gather sounds like the sort of thing AIM might be able to do due to the way it uses html (is that correct, does it even use html?) , but I'm dont think MSN works in this way, I think it more just converts what it thinks is a link (say you're using the official client), so it would have to be in the form http://audioscrob... in your nick.

I say this because when I've tried using links in this kind of method within a MSN conversation the other person said either nothing happened, or everything went totally crazy. It would be way cool if this did work though.

yeah it would be really cool.
i currently display my name like this:

sdh / %_artist - %_track [%_status]


but i would want it to also show the link somewhere in the name.. maybe like this:

sdh / %_artist - %_track [%_status]

But surely a screen name is a link, one that opens a chat window?

Having a link within that will be confusing at best (click on a name to open a chat window and up pops a page in a browser) and unusable at worst, no?
