Hello,
Is it possible to make Adium automatically change my status between the iTunes now playing and my own custom status? This is a very simple feature which is standard on the regular Messenger from Microsoft, and it's the only thing I'm missing i Adium.
At the moment I'm left with option of manually changing between my custom status and the now playing status or just allways having my custom status in front of the now playing status. Have I missed a button?
Thanks in advance
PS: I'm on a mac if that makes a difference

Re: Autochange status between iTunes now playing and status
Putting your currently playing track in your status isn't the proper way of doing it.
The WLM (and XMPP) protocol supports sending the currently playing track independently of the status.
If you are using the 1.4 beta series of Adium the option to enable this feature is in "Preferences/Accounts/ACCOUNT/Privacy/Let others know what iTunes is playing". You can now leave Adium set to your custom status.
I *think* this will accomplish what you want, but i'm not too familiar with WLM (especially on the Windows side).
