Encryption and IM changement

Hello,

I encountered a problem with OTR, I don't know if it's the protocol itself, normal behaviour or Adium's implementation. I chatted with a OTR-enabled Adium buddy (I lastest beta, him lastest stable), then I used eBuddy to connect to my MSN account.

I discovered that I was unable to chat with the same buddy because I received encrypted messages that, obviously, eBuddy was unable to decrypt, so chat was impossible. From a security point-of-view, it makes sense but to my mind i shouldn't prevent someone from chatting, provided a warning explaining the situation.

I'm afraid this is a known issue that has not been resolved, yet.

Oops. I'm sorry I looked for similar bugs but I was unable to find any matching one. I should miss something.
