Finally: Facebook Chat via XMPP seems to be near
1.5 Years after they originally announced it, it seems that Facebook's XMPP support is almost ready for it's public launch. Big news for users/developers of third party clients, especially after the recent problems with Adium's rather hacky Facebook chat implementation !

Indeed.
