2 Contacts Battling Eachother

Hi folks.

From what I gather, I combined 2 contacts accidentally. Then I was getting strange messages coming from the one person, when I thought it was the other.

So I deleted the users. Now I can't make a user without them adopting the other person's account. How do I fix this? I know their account emails/usernames, so how can I bypass this issue? Nothing seems to be working after deleting them.

make sure both are added then CONTROL + Click then select "ungroup contacts" i think it was called. I think that should take care of it.

Hi there. Nothing was working, so I turned off that preference in Advanced. They are separate now, but they work. They were still combined after creating a new contact.
