Blame Apple for taking them out. I assume you mean visually, since functionally the new tabs blow what's pictured there away completely.

I really did like those old tabs better, and I hated when apple removed them for the new things (what do you even call them?). But you're right, functionally the tabs in the current version of Adium are much nicer!

And I agree with Fred, no one here is saying Adium is better than Adium X, we're just reminiscing about the old days.

Adam there are always going to be a few people who will complain or be dissatisfied with adium.
