Styling group chat lists

In a group chat there is the pane to the right with a guy with a crown and a bunch of people with plus signs next to them (not sure what the plus signs are about really.) Ideally I'd prefer to restyle them a bit, perhaps put an iPhone style list header for each group and have the names be the Aliases (real names). Is this possible?

I believe that is not currently possible but it might be in the future...
