Interface for ICQ blocks does nothing

I'm on the latest Adium version. I still get spammy requests on ICQ (even though it is set to allow only contacts on my list). Anyway, I get this dialog screen:



The options Ignore and Deny are greyed out (I can click the icons however). I can only click Authorize, basically THE WORST option to be functional. Any reason these two options aren't active? I now just close the dialog screen, but why present this dialog if the only option is to authorize the request?

I have the same problem. Ignore and deny icons are clickable but menu options are grayed out.

Bumping this, because the amount of ICQ requests from dodgy Russians is increasing. Why present this dialog when only "authorize" is enabled?!

Make you sure select the entry you want to use the toolbar functions on.

Damn, I just closed the screen. Could it be that simple?

But then again, with no selection... shouldn't the authorize button be greyed out as well?

I can bock these unwanted requests when they pop up ...

BUT I've selected to NOT be contacted AT ALL (or only by my listed contacts), so WHY do I still get requests?

This is getting more and more annoying. By now it it several requests EVERY DAY!

Is this a problem with ICQ or with Adium?

I downloaded the plugin and perhaps it will be useful for something.
As the authorization spam uses a) Cyrillic and b) different characters each time, I don't think you can block this spam with the plugin.

I tried blocking .ru-addresses with the plugin as they appear in these buddies' info panels, but that doesn't work either.

Also a bug (?) in the program: When you block or ignore such a request, an error message appears saying "Could not add buddy for unknown reason" which is kind of obvious because it was blocked before.
