1.4.1rel having negative reconnect countdown

See screenshot. Basically, the countdown timer for reconnecting to an account went negative while I was trying to connect to ICQ sans SSL. Since the delay is subtracted from, the delay "increased negatively" to -12 minutes from -10 minutes while I was in another window, until I finally reconnected manually. Also, to connect a disconnected acct from Acct prefs via right-click/ctrl-click -> Connect requires two tries for every attempt.
