Connection Issue

Hello all. I've been using adium for a long time now. I have the latest version running on Mac OSX 10.5.8.

Today I changed my wireless router to an ASUS RT-N12 router and everything is working fine aside from Adium. When I open Adium from my dock I get the spinning "connecting" icon forever until I close the app. I've gone into preferences and removed the server and port like the troubleshooting steps say to do. I've looked everywhere and can't find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've also tried port forwarding on my router and connecting via HTTP in the options. Still no luck.

There are problems with Windows Live Messenger servers. They are looking for a fix.
