Global Display Name/Alias

I am not sure if this feature exists already.
Is there a way to set a global Display Name/Alias for yourself? Other than going into every account preferences and manually changing each display name/alias, I do not know how to do this.
The same applies to the Display picture/Buddy icon. I know it takes the picture from your address book (a feature which I like). But if I do not feel like changing my address book picture just to change my Display picture/Buddy icon, is there the same feature as the Display name/Alias?
If these features do not exists, am I the only one who even wants these features or am I the only one that feels this way?

im kinda biased on this, i agree with one buddy icon (or at least the options for one buddy icon for all, or separate icons), but dont agree on having the same alias for all.

That does make sense. It's not like I want to take away to option to have seperate aliases, I just want to have an option to change them all at once... maybe even a script.

also, the reason I ask this is because I am signed on to 6 accounts. And rather than change each account...

I've made an applescript to set one display name for every account.

I'm also working on the image thing. I have it all figured out, I just need to compile everything together.

The problem is that this doesn't work!
For some reason I do see the change but other users don't. Later when changing the name manually again, it won't work anymore.

If somebody feels like helping me, you're welcome! Or you can just take over the idea and do it before me.
