Several years ago, I used to follow the Adium project pretty closely, was on the boards all the time, etc., and while I haven't been as active lately, I still love Adium, so in my new job with Olark I got to give Adium some love.
I wrote a blog post with a couple tricks for using Adium in a context that's pretty different from the usual friend-to-friend chat: chatting with website visitors, which has the potential to be very high volume.
