works in 1.4.1 and yes, ppc g5 2 ghz running leopard 10.5.8

Could those who are experiencing login issues with 1.4.3b2 please post a debug log?

It has added debug logging which should help get to the core of the problem.

Sorry about that!

We accidentally built b2 Intel-only. We'll fix that as soon as possible. I'll let you know.
