icq problems - Invalid Request. statusDetailCode 1015

Since this morning I am getting an error while trying to connect with icq:

https://api.icq.net/aim/startOSCARSession erhalten: Invalid Request.  statusDetailCode 1015

I am using Adium 1.4.3 and get this on 2 different machines

same here. but miranda on windows is working.

Same problems with latest beta and latest stable versions!

I am able to connect fine just having returned from work. I would suspect this is a temporary server-side issue.
