Adium on Mountain Lion
Hi,
I was just wondering when a new Adium release will be available with support for Mountain Lion? (Hopefully with Notification Center support)
Thanks,
Jake.

Adium currently doesn't run on Mountain Lion?
Notification center support has been requested: http://trac.adium.im/ticket/15867.

Hi,
It does run on Mountain Lion but it doesn't support the new notification center.
Thanks!

Alright, Notification Centre support is being discussed.
Re: Adium on Mountain Lion
I'm having an issue with the way that my chats are being displayed. if a message is two - 5 words long it will put everything on top of itself.

It happens with both sent and received messages and it's also happening with other themes.
I didn't know if anybody else is having this issue or not?

Re: Adium on Mountain Lion
I can definitely say that Adium does NOT work in Mountain Lion for me. I connect via XMPP and SSL to my servers of choice and neither of them are working. I'm getting an SSL Handshake failure.
I have tried to use the beta version as well.
I hope someone is listening/working on this as it is forcing me to use another client.

Ditto the SSL Handshake failure.
Re: Adium on Mountain Lion
Ever since I upgraded to Mountain Lion, adium crashes periodically for no apparent reason (it's in the background, not being used when it crashes).
I am connected to Jabber, msn messenger and facebook when it does it.
Also, every time I start it, OSX asks me if I want to run an application downloaded from the internet, as if Adium were a brand new app that I had never ran before.
I don't know if the two issues are related.

Re: Adium on Mountain Lion
Adium 1.5.2
Mountain Lion
Adium couldn't send the messages to some contacts with warning "XXXXXXX appears to be offline. How do you want to send this message?" despite the contact is online, active and able to send message to me. Have anyone had the same trouble?

This has been reported here, I think: http://trac.adium.im/ticket/16081. It will be looked at.rgottlieb wrote:I can definitely say that Adium does NOT work in Mountain Lion for me. We know about this crash on startup: http://trac.adium.im/ticket/16095. It will be fixed soon.gozulin wrote:Ever since I upgraded to Mountain Lion, adium crashes periodically for no apparent reason (it's in the background, not being used when it crashes).

Would you be able to share a crash log (via pastebin.com or so)?
Probably not, I don't know why that would be happening.gozulin wrote:Also, every time I start it, OSX asks me if I want to run an application downloaded from the internet, as if Adium were a brand new app that I had never ran before.
