Time Zone Issues

Since upgrading to the 3.0 betas, I'm seeing a number of my feed articles with the wrong time stamps being shown in the "Date" field in Vienna...they seem to be displaying GMT rather than my actual time zone.

In the past I've had a stray feed or two that was implementing time zones correctly and would thus show up incorrectly, but it seems like all of a sudden the issue is more widespread than under 2.x, so I'm thinking maybe something changed in Vienna.

Examples of feeds that currently seem to be displaying GMT instead of Eastern Standard Time:
