re: display name + invisibility

ok, so i just upgraded to 0.8, and really like the improvements.

just a few quick questions, and if someone could answer them for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

1. what happened to the show contact by display option? i guess it's just on msn, but the contacts appear as their email address. is there a way to change this?

2. where is this invisibility option for yahoo? do i need to download 0.8 again?

please help.

For the MSN display option, I don't use MSN so sorry if I am wrong, but try going to the MSN prefs under advanced. Hmm, actually don't think that is it. Try going to view then contact name format (at the bottom) and pick Alias.

1. View menu, bottom item. Change it to whatever suits you.

2. Add a status in the Status pref pane (+ button). Choose Invisible as the State in the sheet which appears.
