Top Stories-Google News-suddenly in Spanish, not English

In the last month, I have had only Google News Top Stories show up in Spanish. All of the other 20 or so RSS feeds appear in English, as they should.

I tried refreshing, but no change. I then deleted Google News and re-acquired it, the refreshed. Same problem - Spanish. All of the other sources are in English, as desired.

This has happened only two times, this being the second. I have madfe no changes to preferences or anything else, as there is no reason to change anything that works as desred and expected.

What is going on??????
