Is it possible to have a preference setting for Vienna, or to have it automatically detect the presence of a valid Flash plugin to select embedded video format?
I have removed Flash from my system in general, but will use Google Chrome to view web pages where the only video option is Flash.
Noticed recently that more sites are adapting to no-Flash browsers, and presenting alternate video streams. Although some still need the user agent to indicate a non-Flash device (Safari iOS 9.01)

Use Vienna Version 3.0.9 :22b3ce2: on Mac desktop, and if I view the the following article page in Vienna, it will ask for Flash.
If I view the same link in Safari, the video will auto play an mp4 format. Not sure that CNN is a good example. It appears to have set a cookie somewhere when I viewed in Safari, and now it is offering mp4 video in Vienna.
Other sample is BBC videos

Asks for Flash in Vienna, will do the same in Safari unless I change the User Agent to Safari iOS 9.01
Would love to be able to control this similarly in Vienna.
