How to import subscriptions via command line?

Postby wdolce » Mon Sep 19, 2016 10:18 am

Hi all,

I tried to search on the forum but I couldn't find the answer.
Does Vienna provide an API on the command line to import RSS subscriptions?

I use Vienna on several laptops and I have a repository where I keep my subscriptions. Every time I add/sort/remove subscriptions I export and commit my subscriptions so that I can then pull and import them on the various laptops I find myself using. Upon pulling them though, I have to manually go to the app, click on "File" then on "Import subscriptions...", get the file and confirm. As a software engineer, I'm sure you would agree these manual steps could be automated ;)

Hence the question, is it possible to import the .opml file via command line?

Thank you all very much.
