I only get there email address not what their screen-name is. I've tried messing about with the settings but it's the same on all of them. And yes I have gone view and told it to put the screen-name.
I'm not the only one to have trouble with this that I know.
Any help?

I have the same problem. Screen name appears in the small status text.

Are you using msn with preferences > advanced > msn > show screen names as status messages ticked? if so try unticking it ;-)

But thank you anyway!

You're right! I forgot selecting View > Contacty name format > "Alias" instead of "screen name".
Thank you budoink!
