trac - Adding comments to support tickets?

Is the public allowed to add comments to support tickets? I wish to show that I have the same problem as this guy, along with my specs, but trac will not let me add anything.

Sure it will , and yes it's great for the public to add to/create trac tickets..it's kinda the whole point . Just scroll down and enter your additonal comments in the big box, change anything that needs changing for example milestone etc, although it is usually actually better to leave these alone, then hit "Submit changes". Your comments wont appear in the original yellow box but just under it.

Haha - sorry! Yeah, it does work. I got an error message last time, though, for some reason.
