no status' shown?

well i asked here a while back about this and nobody gave me a way to fix this. i asked on the MacNN forums as well, which gave me much more responses, but nothing fixed the problem.

when someone uses an available msg (ex: current itunes song), it doesn't show up in the chat window. it used to show in the chat window, in previous versions. i seem to be the only one with this bug, but nothing i do, fixes it.

i've tried, just about, EVERYTHING. i have trashed prefs, trashed adium, all xtras, repaired permissions, redownloaded adium and the problem remains.

on a very rare occasion, it will show the available msg, but not always. it never shows away msgs, in the chat window, other than "away" or "idle".

so this is my 2nd time requesting help on this. does anyone have a fix?

Try a different message view.

i've tried just about every msg view that comes with adium and i tried a few of the xtras. they were all the same way.

And if you cannot find a solution please file a ticket about it, being as informative as you can be (Adium version, Mac OS version, etc).
