iChat 2.0: Signed on from Mult Locations

Post by goinup »

Since I've updated to Tiger if I am signed on from one location and sign on using iChat from another location, iChat will kick the first location offline. Is anyone else having the same problem? I unfortuneately need to use iChat for its NAT transfer capabilities that gaim seems to have issues with.

I have searched and didn't see anything on this.. Does anyone know how to make iChat play nice?

thanks

As far as i know apple made it like this on purpose in iChat 2 (i have no idea why). It's iChat's fault and not adium's.

Yes. iChat 2.0 will automatically disconnect all other connections.
