hi, all
i was wondering if it was possible to connect to gmail via adium. i know you can register ur gmail email to msn passport service. 1 of my friends has done this but he uses msn messenger for windows.
i was wondering if i did sign up my gmail email account. then would i be able to connect to the through adium. as im guessing it uses passport accounts to connect.

And that's the point. Locking is usually not meant to be mean, just a necessity. Like a towel.

Set up your Apple Mail app for POP3 using Gmail. You just have to change the settings in your Gmail account, to reflect "Yes allow POP3 access". I think they even have a tutorial on setting it up.
