Help - Adium Delays Sleep

Post by codeProle »

Ever since downloading and upgrading to 0.8x I've noticed that my Powerbook takes much longer to go to sleep either when I close the lid, or when I select 'sleep' from the Apple menu.

A quick, non-scientific test, confirms that when Adium is running sleep can take 2 - 3 minutes when it only takes seconds when Adium is quit before closing the lid for the day.

This behavior is new to 0.8x. Is anyone else seeing the same issue? Should I submit this as an "undocumented feature"? :)

Thanks,
cp

My PowerBook is doing that also, although it has pretty much always happened to me, regardless of if I have Adium open. Maybe it's just a bug in a PowerBook.
