You ought to put a thing up about it on the home webpage. everyone's doing it. No but seriously you deserve to hold your heads high even if it's not first place. And don't forget this article and the 4 mice from Macwold. http://www.macworld.com/2005/04/reviews ... /index.php

I know it's on the blog page. That's not the point. I say put it out for the world to see.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone :)

Wes: How would you recommend putting it on the main page in a way that looked clean? First place gets the right to use a nifty lil' logo... I don't think we have the rights to use it for special mention, though I'd be glad to be proven mistaken.

Humm. I didn't realize you can't use one. Everyone has their own logo too that says what they one exactly. Well I can whip something up. You can put something with the source forge and libgaim icons. Maybe two more boxes, one for ADA and one for Macworld. Or if maybe only the one box for ADA and a quote under the forum/xtras/irc/more links. Oh no I just looked no good macworld quotes, only "Adium X was the easiest to use for file transfers, customizing the look-and-feel of the chat experience, and adding accounts." Ok so forget Macworld. But im going to make a little ADA banner for you real quick.

Here I made something. Those boxes are small not much space to work with. This is what I came up with.

Cool :) Two tweaks if you can:
1. Add an s? It's "Apple Design Awards"
2. I think we should have the year on there... Apple Design Awards '05 or 2005, whichever fits better.

The red text seems out of place with the greys.

Look at the bottom of the page where it says they got an apple design award. That is the official apple graphic (the one that even said we don't have rights to). Now you know why I used red. And I like the red I think it looks good.

*nod* We got a special mention at the Apple Design Awards, but we didn't get an Apple Design Award. Important distinction :)

Adam is webmaster man... will point him to our shiny new graphic.
