auto relaunch???

i have never encountered this problem til today and heres what it is. when i quit adium, i see it fully closed but exactly 3 or 4 seconds later it just starts itself up again with out me clicking on the dock icon. please explain or help.

it had happened 3 times today. and the three times are the only times i signed off and quit adium
