i will give it a try. let's see what will happen...

meanwhile i finished the other duck: the mountain dew duck

i still don't know how to create the *.Adiumicon-file, but i will figure it out and then i will upload them.

i believe it is still make a folder with all the icons in it with the correct plist file and then change the name of the folder to have the ending .AdiumIcon or whatever it is. I think that's how it is now.
