Profile doesn't stay when I quit Adium

Everytime I quit Adium, then bring it back up, my profile isn't there, and all my preference changes go back to default. How can I make them stay?

Ally101, you obviously know how to make a profile... maybe you can help me. You see, everytime I go to double click my account name, Adium quits. Is this something common or do i need to seek professional help ?
