Unable to click on contact list

Hi All,

I need help! Not too sure what I had done. I am unable to click on the contact list. I mean each time I have to use F9 function so that my contact list appear. When I try to click on it, it just disappear again.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying. You mean that your list completely disappears when you try to click on it, and it reappears when you use Exposé to show all open windows?

I would go to Preferences>Advanced, click on "contact list" and make sure "hide while Adium is in the background" is unchecked, and the menu "order the contact list" is set to "Normally."

And what version Adium are you using?

Thanks for ur reply. I had check the settings that you had mention. They are correct. So I m not sure what went wrong.

What I mean is I can only view contact list when I select the function to display all opened files on screen. When I try to click on the contact list, it disappear.

oh my version is Adium X 0.82

Hmm, this is a strange one. Is it possible that when you select the contact list, it vanishes off the screen because you switched screen resolutions recently?
