From the description on VersionTracker: "It has been in active development for over a year; improved versions are released on a weekly basis."

The part about active development is arguable since .50 was released in April 2004 (but Adium 2.0 was around way before that), but as we no longer release on a weekly basis, it really shouldn't say that part.
