Adium crashdown

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie in this forum..
I have a problem.
Adium worked perfectly for months in my mac, then, some weeks ago, the tragedy: every time someone tries to send me an instant message, and every time i try to send a message to anyone, Adium crashes and shuts down.
I tried to erase the program and download it and reinstall it again, but it's the same.
I tried with 0.83, i tried with beta version, i tried with 0.84, it's all the same.
Any suggestion?

try this.. close adium , go to
USER-> application support > adium 2.0 and remove everything inside it. or just remove the folder to trash. probably something with adium extra is responsible with the error.
start adium as normal, or you can try reinstalling it.. but all the extra are now gone. Hope it'll works.

I tried both ways, deleting the folder adium 2.0, and reinstalling the program, but the trouble remain.
I wrote an e-mail to adium support but they haven't stille replied.

There are other free multiclient instant messengers for mac?

There's absolutely nothing we can do unless you follow the ReportingBugs instructions and provide us with the email address you used in the crash reporter.

I follow your advices, I hope I followed the ReportingBugs instructions in the right way, because my english is quite bad and sometime I'm not sure that I've understood what I red..
The e-mail address I used in the crash reporter is testuggine@gmail.com.
