I don't like the new Adium, how can I get the old one back!?
I just updated to the lastest version. All of my customizations were lost. I can no longer make my list transparent as far as I can tell, and these little icons next to the names are horrible. Is there any way I can get version 0.84 back? Please help.

What latest version is there other than .84? What are you running if it isn't .84?

Well, older versions generally aren't supported much, but I think you can get used to the .8x series. For example, to make your contact list transparent, just open the prefs, go to the Appearance pane, and adjust your contact list (including opacity) as desired.
If you're referring to the status icons (the little red, blue, etc. bubbles next to names in the contact list and in tabs), I'm pretty sure variations are available on adiumxtras.com.
