Bug with 0.74 and registering new Jabber accounts

I haven't seen this mentioned in the forums already, so please forgive me if this is a dupe. I recently set up a jabber server (using jabberd 2.x) and was testing it with Adium 0.74. I could register and create an account, but I couldn't use it after it'd been created. I know the account had been created because the information I submitted existed on the jabber server. However, I also noticed that when registering the account, Adium says it was successful creating an account for "user@jabber.domain.com/Adium@jabber.domain.com". This is whether I specify a username of "user" or "user@jabber.domain.com"... it does it either way. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yeah, I didn't get back to editing the original post yet. So, I'll just make it a reply to yours. I can create a jabber.org account and log into it with Adium with no problem. I can also create an account on my server using Psi and login, then disconnect and login to that account with Adium perfectly. So I'm not sure where the problem is.

It is probably not a Gaim problem since Gaim can create and use Jabber accounts fine.

I'm also having problems registering with two different jabber servers. One running 1.4.2 and one running 1.4.3. Both are running on Linux.

Any ideas?
