i want to make my own msg style, but just by modding an existing one. i keep trying, but when i do and install it, it replaces the original msg style that i modded. how can i stop this from happening?
i've tried changing the msg style file name and changed, what i thought would do it, a string in the info.plist. i've skimmed thru all of the other files, but i don't see what to change, so it stops replacing the original msg style that i'm trying to mod.
also, by "mod", i mean change all of the graphics.

Go ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Message Styles and trash all of the files relating to either your mod or the original. Adium may be getting confused because you probably have a few different message styles with the same CFBundleIdentifier and CFBundleName if you only changed the file name a few times.
Then if you change the CFBundleIdentifier and CFBundleName in the plist and rename the file itself it should all work!
