Spring loaded contact list

It would be cool if I could drag a URL from a browser, or a file, onto a buddy's name, and have Adium send it to them if it were a file, or message it if it were a URL or text clipping.

Has this ever been thought about?

I bet that'd be kinda hard to implement but it does sound pretty groovy.

file dragging would definitely be awesome

I know this isn't what is specifically being asked for but if you drag onto the message view it will send a file, if it's text dragged onto the message view it drops it into the message text field. CL dragging has been requested before though, although... I haven't been around these forums recently it might not have been asked for already here
