Chat-window contacts become same after D&D

When I have a multi-person chat, the contacts in the chat-list all turn into the same person after a drag-and-drop; when I drag the chat tab into or out of another window, the contacts listed on the side turn into the same sn and icon. (It fixes itself after a little while; I didn't find a second event that fixed it offhand, but didn't have much experimentation.)
