it is a konfibulator widget (now yahoo! widgets) known as itunes companion. Its actually really cool. Not only does it display artwork and lyrics to songs it also copies lyrics to your songs tags and does a good job most of the time finding the stuff it needs. If it fails it will let you look it up yourself and correct it.. Really cool little app... actually the only reason im using yahoo widgets is so that can be on my desktop.
