invisible mode

I'm a new user of adium, i like it sooo much. But now my problem. I use ICQ and I'm always in the invisible mode. but where can I find the option to move a person in my buddylist into the visible list, so that he can see me or the opposite?

Adium has it. It's an option in a drop down menu when setting a custom status.

Afaik you can't.
You can set yourself as invisible by doing what Macskeeball said, but you can not specify what contacts can see you.
If you search in http://trac.adiumx.com you will probably find a ticket that requests this. Probably a dev has set a resolution (in what version they want to implement it) and maybe you'll find some helpfull comments.

But then again, i might be wrong, I don't use ICQ.

Hi, sorry for my bad english, but i have a problem with the invisible-function, too.

If i check the invisible from the drop-down menu on, i'm invisible for the buddy-list, but everybody can see me, in invisible-mode.

Has anybody a solution for this problem?

Yeah invisible mode is broken in the latest release. I dunno why.
