Just so I am clear, they are the ones that appear as more big extravgant ones within the windows while winks are the ones that appear outside the window?
Winks are big and horrible

Can we put it in with just the Adium Source?zerock wrote:he was working on sending the patch to gaim, but he cant now. So unless someone else picks up...i still have the source for adium if someone wants it, he never sent me his gaim source though.Paul wrote:
I hope the work dumbkid has done doesn't get dumped, and can somehow be merged into SVN ready for 1.0.
well i dont think thats possible, because he did make changes to libgaim, so we wil have 2 different libgaims, the one from gaim, and the from adium.. but dont take my word for this, since i dont really know how this work.Damienoneill wrote:Excellent!![]()

I'm adding you on MSN, let's see if we can work something out!
Although I'm not sure how MSNP11 support is coming along for gaim, thedumbkid apparently thought the progress was too slow. Therefore I wonder how keen they (gaim team) will be to implement a partial feature like this (since that's what Adium needs, see evands' post). Any ideas on this?

well according to the amsn people, there arent much changes from p11 to 13, i think, and since i dont know much about this, i will go a step at a time.The_Tick wrote:My question is more asking if it doesn't make more sense to just start a msnp13 prpl instead of continuing to work on p11zerock wrote:yes there is.The_Tick wrote:Isn't there an msnp13?

Hi people, just to let you know what's going on.
I cannot work on this project for the time being.
For a little background information, I am currently working in a software company, which means that there is intellectual property issues of me working on open source project. Especially one under GPL like gaim.
I had a chat with my manager and I won't be touching open-source code or do anything with them as long as I'm an employee of this company.
Until my contract is up in several months, I will be inactive.
To answer question regarding gaim's progress. The effort there is nonexistent as far as I know.
If people are willing to take on the challenge, might as well just work on MSNP13 right away like The Tick suggested.
For me, I already had most MSNP11 stuff figured out before MSNP13 even came out, so it makes sense for me to do MSNP11 given that I have a very busy schedule.
