Implementing changes

I've been waiting for something that marks me as idle as soon as I put my screen saver up. I've been watching the Trac's and found one.

They have a solution there, and I'm wondering how I can implement that into my Adium. Can someone help me out with that?

This is only a suggestion but couldnt you look at how long it takes for the screensaver to come up and go into Adium Preferences and change the Idle time accordingly?

Yeah, I've got it set up that way. But this would be nice for those times when I'm at work and put up the screen saver manually quick before I have to run down the hall, or get pulled into an impromptu meeting.
