Dock Icon Text (too small?)

Hello,

I have a question. I have noticed that my dock text (when a contact sends a message) is rather to small. More like:

This isM-
-----------

What would be beter:

--------------------
This is My Name-
--------------------

Is it possible to change this font to a smaller font so a full name will be visible in my dock. I have a few names like

Oracle-Nick
Oracle-Nick
Oracle-Nick

So I always see Oracle ...
